One place for customers in Nairobi to hire, import, buy or service a car. B3N designed and built the platform for Crystal Rides.
The brief
Crystal Rides offers car hire, vehicle imports, sales, an income programme for car owners, chauffeured transport and servicing. The brief was one place where a customer says what they want and gets a clear plan back.
What we built
- A request flow that starts with the customer's goal, whether that is hiring, importing, buying or servicing a car.
- Quote and availability planners, and a showroom of the fleet.
- A client hub with a garage for the customer's own vehicles, a document vault and messages with the team.
- Automated browser tests that walk through each customer journey before every release.
