About B3N
An operator-led company that builds, runs and grows products.
B3N Innovations is based in Nairobi and works with founders and organisations. We build products and ventures, help teams use AI in their operations and lead growth, and we run products of our own. The company grew out of building and operating real businesses, and it still works that way.
Why B3N exists
B3N takes on the whole job around a product: the idea, the design and build, the launch, and the operations and growth after it. We stay accountable for how it performs.
We do the same on ventures and products of our own, across payments, AI, software and entertainment, so the people planning your work have recently shipped and run products themselves.
What our ventures taught us

The problems we take on
Labs, AI and Growth are how clients hire us. Capital and Frontier are longer-term parts of the company, described at their actual stage.
How we put a team together
B3N's core team is deliberately small. Each engagement has a B3N lead, and we add engineers, designers and specialists we have worked with when the work needs them, for example in law, tax, security or a particular industry.
AI agents do much of the building under written specifications, and every change is reviewed before it ships. That is how a small senior team carries a lot of work. Read how it works.
