People Markets
People Markets is a pre-launch consumer markets product built around public figures. B3N coordinates delivery across its platform and runs the gates every release has to pass.

People Markets describes itself as "a market for the people you follow". The product is spread across a web app, an admin console, a platform API, a matching engine, a blockchain indexer, smart contracts and a set of AI services. Each lives in its own repository, and several people commit to them.
The work was keeping every part in agreement and knowing, with proof, when a release was ready.
What we did
Delivery in closeout phases. B3N runs the build as numbered phases across every repository. Each phase has a written scope, one owner per lane and a list of evidence that must exist before it closes: passing tests, matching contracts on both sides of every API call, and a browser check of the real user journey.
Contracts checked from both ends. When the web app calls the platform API, both sides are tested against the same contract. Most integration bugs between teams show up here long before a user sees them.
Previews for every change. The web app and admin console deploy to preview environments on B3N's own hosting, so anyone can see a change before it merges.
AI services with a narrow job. AI workers summarise relevant news for display in the product, and do nothing else.
Where it is now
People Markets has not launched publicly. The release gates stay in place until it does.
