Repeatable turns a business's customer history into repeat purchases, referrals, loyalty rewards and win-back campaigns, and shows which of them brought customers back.

Most small businesses spend their marketing on new customers and know little about the ones they already have: who came back this month, who has gone quiet, and whether last month's discount brought anyone back or just gave money to people who were coming anyway.
What it does
- Imports customer history and groups customers by what they do, for example regulars, lapsed customers and first-timers.
- Runs repeat programmes, which Repeatable calls Cycles, from ready-made templates for loyalty, referrals, win-backs and rewards.
- Gives customers a rewards and referral page the business can share.
- Measures each programme against what customers did, so the owner can see which ones paid for themselves.
- Bills businesses by subscription through a local payment provider.
Why we built it
One question sits under both our Growth practice and the Capital thesis: how do you get existing customers to come back, and how do you know it worked? Repeatable is our answer in product form, and a tool our Growth work can put in place from the first week.
